1. The Customer agrees that Businessoft reserves the right for any concerning fee, commission, or interest rate (if any) including calculation method.

2. The Customer agrees that any quoted amount for Businessoft Product and Services has not included the applicable VAT.

3. The Customer agrees to make the payment requested to any bank account provided by Businessoft promptly. Should there be any late payment, the Customer hereby agrees to liable for any concerning fee or interest rate (if any) and or Businessoft reserves the right not to deliver any Products and Services.

4. Unless it is otherwise expressly and specifically agreed in writing, any quotation released by Businessoft is expired within 10 days after the released date. The Customer agrees that, if the Customer does not sign the Confirmation Statement for the quotation released the latest on the expiry date, Businessoft reserves the right to revise any concerning fee, commission, or interest rate (if any) and or charge additional administration fee to process another quotation.

5. The Customer agrees that, if the Customer does not accept any Businessoft quotation and or confirmation statement that has been officially released by Businessoft upon the Customer request, the Customer will liable for administration fee of USD 30. If necessary, the Customer shall pay deposit of USD 30 for any enhancement requested prior the release of the quotation and confirmation statement.

6. Unless it is otherwise expressly and specifically agreed in writing, any concerning fee, commission, or interest rate (if any) is quoted in USD. Businessoft may with its good consideration convert the quoted amount into other foreign currency at Businessoft’s applicable exchange rate.

7. Unlesss it is otherwise expressly and specifically agrred in writing, any concerning fee, commission, or interest rate (if any) is paid in local currency where the engagement between Businessoft and the Customer exists.

8. Should there be any payment, Businessoft shall confirm the funds received in the bank account before any products and or services rendered.

9. This terms and conditions are printed in English. Should there be different interpretation of translation of this terms and conditions in any language, the English version will prevail.
